If your payment transaction is failing it could be one of the two issues below:
- Billing address not matching up, this is a more frequent problem with school cards.
- The credit card/website portal is blocked, this happens with workplace firewalls.

As a note, our portal is run by Shopify Pay and we DO NOT capture credit card information. WCP has zero access to any of your Credit Card or Payment information.
